Don’t think that because Zipware is free software, don’t think that it doesn’t have a lot to offer. This free archiving tool for Windows can do a lot.

Here’s a list: create ZIP and 7Z archives; create self-extracting EXE archives; multiple compression levels are available for creating a new archive; encrypt and password protect an archive; extract files from an existing archive; add files to an existing archive; convert an archive from one format to another; view detailed information about an archive; test an archive; scan an archive for threats; associate Zipware with multiple archive formats and use the application to open these archive formats; add/remove Zipware to the Windows Explorer right click context menu; use the built-in password manager to store passwords and other confidential info.

A setup wizard will help you install Zipware on a PC that runs a supported Windows edition; that’s 32- and 64-bit versions of Windows 10, 8, 7, Vista, and XP as well as Windows Server 20003, 2008 and 2012. The aforementioned setup wizard will ask to add Zipware to the Windows Explorer right click context menu and to make Zipware the default program for ZIP files.

There’s much to like about Zipware's interface: it is incredibly easy to use, it provides support for multiple languages, it features multiple icon sets, and it lets you change the background color. So to sum it up, Zipware has a user friendly interface that provides easy access to multiple customization options. I don’t know about you, but I think that’s awesome.

Zipware is free, it is easy to use, it lets you create archives, it integrates with Windows Explorer, it has many other useful features. It’s a feature-rich archiving tool that you’re sure to love.

Pros

Zipware can extract files from a variety of archive formats. Zipware can create ZIP and 7ZIP archives, self-extracting archives, encrypted and password protected archives. Zipware can integrate with the right click context menu. Zipware uses VirusTotal to scan archives for threats. There’s a built-in password manager. Zipware is freeware.

Cons

None that I could think of.
